S-NET Communications Announces the Acquisition of SkyTalk

CHICAGO, IL – S-NET Communications, a Chicago-based leader of cloud-based business communications solutions and managed network services announced the acquisition of unified communications provider SkyTalk, Inc. on Friday, October 25, 2019. With this acquisition, S-NET Communications aims to broaden its market reach, expand its channel partner program and empower more businesses with cloud-based communication technologies.

Acquiring SkyTalk expands S-NET’s footprint on a national scale, and enables the cloud technology provider to serve a wider range of businesses and industries with leading-edge communications solutions. Former SkyTalk customers will be transitioned to S-NET’s robust infrastructure and will have an opportunity to take advantage of a comprehensive list of productivity features, desktop and mobile softphone applications, a rich portfolio of managed services, as well as the attentive customer care that S-NET Communications is known for.
