The installation was super smooth, three guys came in, got in done in all of about two hours; plugged it into our switches, we're up and running and that was kind of the end of it. What's been great about S-NET is it's kind of fire-and-forget. Got the service, got it up and installed and really we don't have to think about it. I think that's how utilities need to be. It's been as reliable as anything in the world and you know for us, the internet needs to be like electricity. It's something that just always has to be there.
